Here is our Recipe for The Christmas Stuffing Mix- Enjoy!

Christmas Stuffing Mix


Sage, Savory, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Dried Cranberries, Dried Apples


Add spice mix to a bowl. Remove the apple rounds and chop to a size of the cranberry pieces.

Add bread cubes, a rough diced onion, finely chopped celery. You can add more diced fresh fruit if you like (apples & pears). Moisten with your favourite juice (I like apple juice) and olive oil in a 4:1 ratio juice to oil, and stuff your bird.

If you are cooking the stuffing separate, you should add juice & oil in a ratio of 3:1 Juice to Oil Mix. This will keep the Stuffing moist, and allow the onion and celery to “sauté’ as the turkey cooks.
